We use various strategies and techniques to help you develop a deeper understanding of your situation and take steps toward achieving your goals. Some of our modalities are designed to be effective in a relatively short amount of time, but we work at your pace, and comfort level.

Yes. We provide therapy for teens! Typically, the first session is between the therapist and the parent to help us understand your teen’s background and story from your perspective. See more about our teen therapy services here.
