With the stress and pressures of modern living, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or even depressed. I truly believe, if given the right tools and methods, one can enjoy life and find peace in this fast-paced world.

I want to come alongside you on your journey and support you in creating a roadmap that will help you get closer to your goals and healing. I understand we all approach change and healing differently, so I want to customize a plan that will fit your personality and your daily life. I also like to look at the entirety of the person. To consider the emotional, physical, spiritual, and social factors that may impact or be impacted along the way. Even though helping people to achieve their goals is my desire, I believe it is just as important to enjoy the journey.

Utilizing evidence-based techniques rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and other modalities, I want to support you in the challenges you are facing.
